Recently, we had the opportunity to talk with Heather Zaccone, owner of Reflex Tuning, a top rated Audi & Volkswagen service center conveniently located in Hooksett, NH.

Opened in 2006, Heather said she set out to create an environment that people wanted to visit. Heather told us about what makes Reflex Tuning a local household name for Audi & VW drivers.

“I have created an approach to auto repair that is different from any other service shop around. We create long term relationships with each and every customer. Every customer is informed and educated about their vehicle so it is safe and reliable.”

Reflex Tuning offers regular maintenance and repairs on Audi and Volkswagen vehicles. That includes NH state inspections, regular maintenance, oil changes, alignments, tires, check engine light diagnostics, and more.

“With our fleet of loaner vehicles we make it as easy as possible for customers to bring their cars in for service. With COVID going on we have been having all customers drop off or take a loaner car for service. This allows us time to sanitize the vehicles, perform our complimentary digital health inspection, complete any necessary services, as well as a complimentary wash and vacuum.”

14 years later, it is certainly clear that Heather has created just that.

One look at their overwhelmingly positive Google, Facebook, and Yelp reviews makes it clear that Reflex Tuning is loved by local Audi and Volkswagen drivers. Not only is the actual service top-notch, but there are many bonuses to becoming a regular at Reflex.

“Our customers love our quarterly raffles. Every time a customer comes in, they are automatically entered into the raffle. Prizes most often are gift cards towards service with us. We also offer a lifetime alignment package, seasonal wheel/tire storage, 3 year/36k mile warranty, BG Lifetime Protection Plan, and multiple forms of no interest financing.”

But those aren’t the only perks. Heather says she’s given every customer a free Reflex Tuning t-shirt, branded document folders to keep track of their service receipts, coffee and espresso at the shop, and who doesn’t like meeting the shop dogs Nash and Mateo?

When we asked how the Coronavirus outbreak has affected her business, Heather had some interesting points.

“As an essential business, we are committed to staying open, and keeping both our customers and staff safe. We’ve closed off the lobby area for now, but have a service window where customers can drop off keys, pay, and pick up items contact free. We also sanitize every vehicle both before and after service, outside and inside. We have added a contactless payment option on our website as well. We also have added a new long term vehicle interior sanitation service called PermaSafe. After disinfecting the PermaShield coating is applied to the inside of a vehicle on all surfaces. This shield forms a barrier and reduces bacteria and virus’s ability to stick to all surfaces. It also acts as a stain and UV guard. The stuff really is fantastic.”

It is this type of business that sets Reflex Tuning apart from other automotive repair facilities. The level of customer service and offerings go above and beyond your average repair facility.

If you drive an Audi or a Volkswagen, we absolutely recommend checking out Reflex Tuning in Hooksett, NH.
