Recently, our team had the chance to chat with Dave Pelletier, from the newly renovated Governors Center in Concord, New Hampshire.

Can you tell us a bit about the business history?

We’re just launching following the recent complete renovation of the Governor Rollins Mansion at 135 North State in Concord, NH. Made up of the living quarters, and the Carriage House, which was essentially state-of-the-art equipment and amenities, all while maintaining the key aspects of the buildings. The office and meeting spaces can be considered some of the finest in New England.

The Governors Center is part of KV-Realty Management that represents the use of the 135 North State Street property, while also offering top-of-the-line office and meeting facilities at nearby 125 North State Street.

As the business owner or representative, what are you most proud of about your business?

Mainly the fact that the renovated facilities are state-of-the-art in all respects while the historical integrity of the building was maintained.

What do you enjoy most about your business?

Offering a variety of options to businesses and individuals in the greater Concord area for meeting space, party space, (receptions, etc) games, and top-of-the-line golf and putting simulators, and coming this summer there are 4 racing simulators that are unique, professional-grade, and not found anywhere else in New England.

Any fun stories that highlight your company culture?

Too early to tell, but we expect many over the months and years to come!

Is the business involved in the local community in any ways you’d like to share?

The Governors Center is just launching, but we expect it to be a focal point of the Greater Concord area (probably a focal point in NH!)
