In Weare, NH, a unique blend of nature and wellness is drawing enthusiasts to the picturesque Mt. Dearborn Farm, thanks to the initiative of Cassie O’Brien and her team at Worthy Mind & Movement.

Discovering Yoga on the Farm

Mt. Dearborn Farm, known for its rolling green pastures and charming animals, provides an idyllic setting for yoga enthusiasts. With Pack Monadnock and the Pinnacle forming a stunning backdrop, participants can immerse themselves in a 60-minute all-levels yoga class under the canopy of shaded trees. “Life is better on the farm,” say the hosts at Mt. Dearborn Farm, and Cassie believes yoga enhances that experience even more.

Building Community and Connection

Following the yoga session, participants are invited to explore the farm and interact with a delightful array of animals, including goats, sheep, chickens, alpacas, and the cutest miniature donkeys you’ll ever see. This blend of yoga and farm life creates a unique community experience, reflecting Worthy Mind & Movement’s ethos of inclusivity and connection.
