A wave of Pokémon fans and collector enthusiasm is sweeping through downtown Manchester thanks to Collectible Tags, the city’s first Pokémon exclusive trading card shop. Nestled at 1045 Elm Street, Suite 300, this newly opened destination is quickly becoming a central hub for Pokémon TCG fans throughout New Hampshire.
A Collector’s Paradise
Collectible Tags offers more than just a retail experience. The store provides a celebration of Pokémon culture. Their inventory includes a wide range of selection from graded cards, sealed booster packs, vintage rarities, and individual singles. The shop serves collectors at every stage, from casual hobbyists to competitive players.
What sets Collectible Tags apart is its sourcing model. In a recent social media post created in collaboration with Granite Post, co-founder Chris Tagliareni emphasized the team’s dedication to fans and collectors, assuring them that inventory will always be replenished:
“We travel the country every weekend finding the best inventory for you guys, so even if we sell out today, we’ll be replenished tomorrow.” He added, “doors are officially open for business every other day, and we’re excited to have people come down.”
A Space Built for Community
What sets Collectible Tags apart is its commitment to community engagement. More than a storefront, it’s a meeting place. The space is designed for social connection and shared enthusiasm. The shop regularly hosts Pokémon TCG tournaments, trade nights, and casual meetups, fostering a growing network of local and regional fans.
The May 15, 2025 tournament was a recent highlight, featuring the Scarlet & Violet – Journey Together format. Competitors battled for Elite Trainer Boxes and booster boxes. Led by Pokémon expert Ray C., the event welcomed players of all ages and skill levels. Events are thoughtfully structured, often with breaks for food and socializing, reinforcing the shop’s welcoming environment.
Beyond Manchester: On the Road to Collect-A-Con
Collectible Tags isn’t just making waves locally. The shop is also regularly on the move at events around the country. This weekend from May 24–25, the team will be vending at Collect-A-Con Orlando, the largest convention in the U.S. dedicated to trading cards, anime, and pop culture. Held at the Orange County Convention Center, the event will feature vendors, voice actors, influencers, and fans from across the country.
“We will be Buying, Trading, & Selling at our table as well as walking around the show filming content for our YouTube channel!” the team says on their website. “We’d love to see you there!”
A Dream Realized
“The response has been absolutely insane, the community has really showed up.” Chris shared in a recent social media post, “We’ve had more people than anticipated, and to me it means the absolute world because this is something we really wanted to provide for a long time.”
Collectible Tags is more than a retail space, it’s a tribute to the joy, competition, and camaraderie that Pokémon TCG brings to people of all ages. Whether you’re on the hunt for your next rare pull, looking to meet fellow trainers, or just reliving your childhood hobby, this shop is a must-visit in Manchester.
