Raising Cane’s will open its second New Hampshire restaurant next week, bringing its chicken finger focused menu to Concord for the first time.

The fast-growing chain is scheduled to open January 13, at 10 a.m. at 287 Loudon Road. The Concord location includes a drive-thru and follows the company’s first New Hampshire opening in Manchester. Known for its made to order chicken fingers, Raising Cane’s serves a streamlined menu that also includes its signature Cane’s Sauce, crinkle cut fries, buttery Texas toast, and coleslaw.

“We are so excited to open in Concord,” said Area Leader Julie Dyer, “This location marks our second Raising Cane’s in New Hampshire, and we’re looking forward to serving our Chicken Finger Meals to even more people. We’re also thrilled to be partnering with the Concord community as we continue to grow throughout New England.”

The Grand Opening Event

According to Seacoast Online, Raising Cane’s is planning a full slate of opening-day events and promotions, encouraging customers to arrive early for a chance to take part in the festivities.

One of the main attractions is the “Lucky 20” giveaway, which will award 20 customers free Cane’s for a year. Entries will be accepted from 8 to 9 a.m., with the drawing held shortly after the restaurant opens. Participants must be at least 13 years old and present at the time of the drawing to be eligible.

Additional giveaways include Cane’s branded trucker hats and free Box Combo cards for the first 100 dine-in customers who purchase a combo meal. The first customer in line will also receive a one of a kind gift basket and a personal welcome from the restaurant crew.

The celebration will extend beyond customer giveaways. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Raising Cane’s will host check presentations to the Capital Region Food Program as part of its community giveback efforts. An ice carving demonstration by Ice Breakers NH will also take place during that time, offering an added visual element to the opening-day festivities.

A formal ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 12, at 11:30 a.m., featuring Concord Mayor Byron Champlin and Raising Cane’s leadership. The ceremony will mark the restaurant’s official arrival in the city ahead of its public opening the following morning.

Hiring Opportunities

The Concord restaurant is currently hiring approximately 130 crew members across a range of positions, including restaurant crew members, cashiers, customer service associates, and management roles. More information about available positions can be found on indeed.com.

Following the grand opening, the location will be open daily for dine in and drive-thru service. Hours will be 10 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday, with extended hours from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

About Raising Cane’s

Raising Cane’s was founded in 1996 by Todd Graves, who built the concept around a simple idea focused exclusively on chicken fingers. Despite early setbacks, Graves pushed forward and opened the first restaurant in Louisiana. Nearly 30 years later, Raising Cane’s has grown to more than 950 restaurants across more than 40 states and plans to open about 100 new locations this year.

The Concord opening reflects the brand’s continued expansion across New England and adds another place to grab a bite along the bustling Loudon Road. To learn more about Raising Canes visit their website at raisingcanes.com.
