Concord and Chichester used auto dealer, Mike’s Affordable Auto has pleaded guilty to recent money laundering charges. Michael Albert, 51, of Chichester pleaded guilty in federal court on September 10, 2019 to a cash deposit scheme with the intent of evading reporting requirements and money laundering.

Albert is scheduled to be sentenced December 17, 2019. As part of the plea deal, Albert has agreed to the civil forfeiture of over $400,000.
