104th Annual Meeting and Citizen of the Year – November 1st

Celebrate the 2023 Citizen of the Year, Mayor Jim Bouley, at Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce’s 104th Annual Meeting.

The evening begins with a lively cocktail reception and networking that attracts business and nonprofit community leaders. Guests are then welcomed into the ballroom to enjoy a delicious sit-down dinner when we will recognize a deserving member of our community with the Chamber’s top honor. We’ll also have a brief changing of the gavel and thank our 2023 Board Chair, Elyssa Alfieri of Lilise Designer Resale, for her dedicated service to the Chamber.

Ticket includes passed hors d’oeuvres, a full seated dinner with wine and dessert, as well as a cash bar available throughout the evening. Get your tickets here. 

Concord Art Walk –  November 3rd

Experience Downtown Concord’s Art Walk at November’s First Friday from 4 pm to 8 pm! Immerse yourself in a vibrant evening of art, culture, and community as our downtown streets come alive with creativity. Local businesses and nonprofits unite to showcase a diverse array of artworks, from paintings to sculptures.

Engage with artists, enjoy live music, dine, and shop! It’s the perfect way to spend a Friday night and celebrate the thriving arts scene in Concord. Join us on November’s First Friday and be part of this cultural celebration. 

Comedian Bob Marley – November 4th

Bob Marley is an American comedian. He has appeared on The David Letterman Show, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, and Comedy Central. He will having a show in Concord,NH this Saturday at Chubb Theatre at CCA at 8:00pm. Book your tickets here. 

NHTI and NHES In-Person Job & Resource Fair – November 9th

NHES and NHTI are excited to bring you this in-person event to connect area businesses, resources, and job seekers under one roof.

This in-person event is for those just starting a new career and for job seekers in every stage of their job search. Anyone can benefit from this event. Whether it be a first job, changing careers, or looking for a new challenge, this is the place to be. There will be positions of varying levels in multiple industries. Career planning and job seeker resources will also be in attendance to discuss what is out there to assist in starting a career, obtaining certificates, industry training, and even getting a degree.

Low-Cost Pet Vaccination Clinic, November 11th

They have the following processes: rabies vaccination, kennel cough vaccination, distemper vaccination, K9 lyme vaccination, feline leukemia vaccination, and microchip.  Registration online with pre-payment is required; we are unable to accept walk-ins. The vaccination release form must be completed online prior to your appointment; the link for the form will be in your registration confirmation email. 

When arriving at the shelter, please remain in your vehicle, as a volunteer or staff member will come get you for your appointment. Provide your vehicle make and color on your registration so we can identify you. Bring a past rabies certificate; this determines if your pet receives a 1- or 3-year vaccine. Dogs must be on a leash, and cats or ferrets must be in a carrier. Space is limited; register today. 

One Night of Queen – November 12th

One Night of Queen is a touring 2-hour stage show paying tribute to the stage theatrics and music of Queen. Gary Mullen and The Works, a Freddie Mercury impersonator who previously won the talent competition Stars in Their Eyes with his vocal and visual imitation of Mercury. Sunday, November 12th at 07:00 p.m. to 09:00 p.m. at the Chubb Theatre at CCA, Concord, United States. Tickets here. 

Symphony NH – November 12th

Air Supply are a soft rock duo formed in Melbourne, Australia, in 1975, consisting of Englishman Graham Russell and Australian Russell Hitchcock. Joanne Shaw Taylor – November 24th

Joanne Shaw Taylor is an English singer and guitarist. She was discovered by Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics at the age of 16. Taylor’s albums via Ruf Records, White Sugar and Diamonds in the Dirt, peaked at No. 8 in the US on the Billboard Top Blues Albums chart.
