Still battling chronic Lyme disease, she speaks at events on the topics of Lyme disease prevention and the important role good nutrition plays when battling any illness, in the hope that she can help others facing similar challenges.
Dr. Kenneth B. Singleton realized the critical role good nutrition played in his own recovery from misdiagnosed Lyme disease and eventually began to develop a dietary protocol to share with his patients. He refined his nutrition plan based on clinical experience and patient outcomes and eventually developed The Lyme Inflammation Diet®, which became popularized in his book, The Lyme Disease Solution. Dr. Singleton is a board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine and has lectured extensively and is a frequent guest on radio and TV on topics related to health, particularly Lyme disease. He is an active member of ILADS (International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society), ACAM (American College for Advancement in Medicine), and A4M (American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine). He has a private practice in suburban Baltimore.
