The Junior Service League of Concord (JSL) is gearing up to host its popular annual golf tournament on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Beaver Meadow Golf Course. Celebrating its seventh consecutive year, the event takes on a playful theme, “Seventees,” inviting golfers to step onto the greens in their best retro ‘70s attire for a memorable day of fun, friendly competition, and impactful philanthropy.
Funds raised at this tournament directly support their mission of assisting women and children experiencing crises throughout the greater Concord community, providing critical support at times when it matters most.
A Day on the Course Filled with Fun and Purpose
The tournament promises a full schedule of enjoyable activities, beginning with player check-in at 7:00 AM. Participants will have a chance to mingle, warm up, and prepare for the exciting shotgun start promptly at 8:30 AM. Teams will play through a full 18-hole round, with spirited competition complemented by unique course-side games and prize opportunities.
At the end of the tournament, all golfers and guests are invited to a lively, seated banquet lunch. There will be awards, raffle drawings, and contest winners will be announced. The event will also feature themed activities and prizes, celebrating the best-dressed teams embracing the nostalgic, vibrant “Seventees” theme. Last year’s tournament saw golfers enthusiastically dress up as superheroes, setting the bar high for creativity and enthusiasm on the greens.
