Dear fellow citizens:
My name is Wayne MacDonald and I am a candidate for State Representative in Rockingham County, District 5 (Londonderry). I retired in June of 2019, after 23 years as a fraud investigator with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services. During my tenure, I became the senior investigator of the unit and resolved 2,339 cases. 211 of these cases resulted in criminal convictions at both the misdemeanor and felony levels. I worked with county attorneys in nine out of the ten counties in the State during these prosecution efforts. I also worked with law enforcement in all ten counties, in conducting the fraud investigations with which I was assigned.
Prior to serving in State government, I was a manager in the window manufacturing industry. I worked for a mid-sized company and oversaw production scheduling, personnel matters, customer service, inside sales, shipping and government relations.
On the issues, I am pro-life, pro-Second Amendment, against a sales and income tax, support law enforcement and oppose new regulation of business.
On a personal level, I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Saint Anselm College and an MBA from Rivier University.
I would be honored to receive your vote on November 3rd.
Wayne D. MacDonald
