MANCHESTER, NH — Morgan Franklin Fellowship (MFF) will host a free 60-minute webinar on the basics of developing a real estate pro forma Tuesday, January 5 at 12:30 p.m. EST.

During this workshop presenter Amy Chhom, founder of The Chhom Group in Bedford, N.H., will share how to prepare, read and understand this basic financial analysis used in real estate transactions to estimate the revenues that are likely to be obtained, the costs to be incurred, and the expected net financial return.

“Morgan Franklin Fellowship is dedicated to providing individuals and organizations with the necessary tools to build pathways towards financial independence,” states MFF Executive Director Judi Window. “Hosting this workshop is a meaningful way to extend learning opportunities to those with an interest in real estate development.”

Morgan Franklin Fellowship’s free signature online program, the Standards of Financial Literacy (SFL), provides a basis for young adults to build financial independence. As part of the program, participants learn the vocabulary and understand the rules of money, finance, and banking. MFF also supports ambitious learners as they prepare to deploy their knowledge with additional programs and hands-on projects.
