Job Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: We’re looking for skilled auto technicians with at least 2-3 years of practical auto repair and maintenance expertise.
Whether you have experience working for a dealership or a small independent shop, your knowledge will add value.
This job function will require you to be able to reliably diagnose and repair many makes and models of vehicles.
Team Oriented: We take great satisfaction in establishing a friendly, cooperative workplace. The ideal applicant should be a team player that works well with our current staff and communicates well to meet our goals.
Service Centered: At the center of everything we do is for our customers. We’re looking for technicians who take pride in providing outstanding customer service and making our customers happy like we have been for 19 years and counting!
Precision is important in the automotive industry, which is why we’re seeking meticulous people and make sure that every repair is done to the customer’s standards.
Professionalism & Work Ethic: We want team members who are eager to pick up new skills and stay on the cutting edge of the automotive industry. Route 77 Motors is looking for individuals who are willing to continue to shape their careers and grow within our business.
Certifications and Licenses: Although not required it would be beneficial to have any pertinent certifications or licenses, such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications.
