On August 11, some swimming pools will close, while others will continue to be open for one more week. The White Park Splash Pad is going to remain open till the 27th of August.

CONCORD, New Hampshire: Important information for those who wish to avoid overheating for the remainder of the month or who have not yet had the opportunity to visit the brand-new splash pad in White Park.

Announcement 

The Concord Parks and Recreation Department made the announcement last week that it will be extending the swimming pool season at three of the city’s facilities. The swimming pools at Rolfe Park on Community Drive, Rollins Park on Bow Street, and Keach Park on Newton Avenue will continue to be open for use until the 18th of August. 

On weekends, the hours will be from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m., and on Monday through Friday, the hours will be from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The swimming pools will be closed forever on August 18 at 6:00 pm.

The newly constructed splash pad at White Park will also be accessible until the 27th of August. From 10 am until 7 pm Monday through Friday, and from 10 am until 4 pm, Saturday and Sunday.

On August 11, the swimming pools: Merrill Park (Eastman Street) and Kimball Park (North State Street) will close at 4 p.m.

Conditions

The use of the pools is completely free for Concord residents. Identification is essential. Access to the pools in Concord is available to non-residents for a fee of $20 per family for a 48-hour pass. The price of a family pool pass has been cut to $65 from its previous price of $100.
