Business After Hours

Join the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce for an evening of networking at Havenwood Heritage Heights on Tuesday, September 12 from 5:30-7 p.m. HHH is a faith-based, nonprofit continuing care retirement community that provides independent cottage living, lodge residences, assisted living, and 24-hour care. Discover the welcoming ambiance of HHH, hear about its numerous amenities and events, and enjoy cocktails and delectable appetizers with local professionals.

Monthly Forum: State of the City’s Schools

On Thursday, September 14 from 7:45-9:15 a.m., join the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce for a forum addressing critical concerns and efforts in the Concord School District at the Holiday Inn, 172 North Main Street, Concord. Register by September 7 to learn about the year’s significant developments, policies, and activities. Kathleen Murphy, Superintendent, and Jack Dunn, Business Administrator, will speak about the future of Rundlett Middle School and other capital projects, the 2023-2024 school budget, and the benefits and challenges of DEIJ efforts in our schools.

Orr & Reno Legal Breakfast Series: Protecting Business Assets in Divorce and at Death

On Tuesday, September 19, from 8-9 a.m., join the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and Orr & Reno attorney Nicole Forbes to explain how business assets are treated in New Hampshire after divorce and death. Attend in person at Orr & Reno, PA, 46 South Main Street, or through Zoom to learn how prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, trusts, and other legal instruments can help protect this valuable asset and legacy.

Back to (Law) School with CYPN 

On Wednesday, September 20 from 5:30-7 p.m., join Concord Young Professionals Network (CYPN) at UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law for a night of networking. Light refreshments, door prizes, student-led tours, information about the school and the New Hampshire Bar Association, and the opportunity to network with young professionals in your community will be provided.

On Tuesday, September 26 from 7:30-9 a.m., join the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and the Concord Young Professionals Network (CYPN) for a morning networking event. You are cordially welcome to visit the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center, see a planetarium presentation, and network with local professionals.
