The purpose of this event is to raise money for essential cutting-edge technologies that will be used at the Payson Center for Cancer Care.

The Moonlight Gala will be hosted by Concord Hospital Trust on Thursday, September 21, 2023. The charming Barn at Bull Meadow in Concord, New Hampshire, will host the event. The cocktail reception will begin at 5:30 p.m.

The activities of the evening will begin with a reception on an outside patio with complimentary wines provided by Martignetti Companies of Northern New England. The evening will end with CJ Poole Jazz Quartet live music and a wonderful meal from Curt’s Caterers. The Payson Center for Cancer Care will buy a cutting-edge linear accelerator through a silent auction. Over 1,300 people are given a cancer diagnosis each year after being evaluated at the Payson Center. Central New Hampshire residents will get access to this cutting-edge cancer treatment technology.

The Challenge

“We are grateful for the generosity of the Foss Family Foundation and J. Daniel Davison who committed a $50,000 challenge gift to help us raise additional funds for a new linear accelerator,” commented Pamela Puleo, who is the chief advancement officer at the organization. This new device will give cancer patients life-saving and palliative radiation therapy.

Sponsors of the event include Sulloway & Hollis, PLLC, Voya Financial, Concord Orthopaedics, Harvey Construction Corp., JP Morgan Chase & Co., Prime Buchholz, and Engelberth Construction, Inc. at the Gold level, and Concord Imaging Center at the Platinum level. Call 603-227-7000 and ask for extension 3438 if you want more information about the sponsoring opportunities.
